Wellportion support

For account access, food logging, portions or a technical problem, email support@wellportion.app.

Include your device, browser, what you were trying to do and the error message. Never include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary health information.

Account access

Use “Forgot password” on the app’s sign-in screen to request a reset link for an email-and-password account. If you use Google sign-in, choose the same Google account you originally used.

Food and portion estimates

Choose the amount you actually ate. Package fractions and piece counts depend on the product’s serving information. Food-directory values are estimates; compare packaged-food values with your label before saving.

Your data

Export records or manage privacy choices in Settings. See account deletion for the full deletion process. Privacy questions and grievances go to privacy@wellportion.app.
