Delete your Wellportion account

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email. Wellportion is operated by PRK Traders LLC.

Delete in the app

1. Open Wellportion and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Privacy and account.
3. Export your records first if you want a copy.
4. Select “Delete my account”, type the confirmation phrase shown, and confirm.

This removes your sign-in identity, saved journal and consent records from the active database. Deleting only your saved health data or withdrawing consent does not delete the sign-in account.

Request deletion without opening the app

Email privacy@wellportion.app with the subject “Wellportion account deletion”. Send from your account email if you can, or identify that email and explain that you no longer have access. We will verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a password or verification code.

Retained copies

Account deletion does not immediately remove provider backups, security logs, downloaded exports or all support correspondence. Routine closed correspondence is reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention; provider backups and logs follow their configured retention periods. We handle applicable requests concerning additional copies with the relevant providers. See Retention and deletion for details.
